Learn about the \system directory structure.

The \system\com\system\di

and

 \system\ frm
directories are required by Aurea CRM win in order to operate.

\system\exe

This directory contains:

  • the program and library files, see Aurea CRM win Modules
  • the online help
  • the program icons (*. ico)
  • the win_Patch_History.txt file

\system\db

This directory contains:

  • log files, see Logs and Error Messages in the CRM.core Administrator Guide.
  • files containing information on the data structure and user interface, see mmba.exe Parameters in the CRM.core Administrator Guide
  • the file mmsms.ini, used to send SMS as part of activities, see mmsms.ini File in the User Manual.

\system\sys

This directory contains the system settings:

  • dokupfad.asc: global document directory, see Directories in the User Manual
  • mm.ini: more system settings, see mm.ini File

\system\xml

This directory contains the graphics, XML and XSLT files used by reports and the print and XML views of formats.

  • ..\calendars: XML file containing holidays, see Defining Calendar Settings in the CRM.core Administrator Guide
  • ..\images: Icon files and style sheets for XML reports and XML views of formats, see Reports and Formats in the CRM.Win User Manual.
