\<user name>

Whenever a new user is added, a corresponding directory with the same name as the user name is created.

This directory contains user-specific settings stored in the following files:

  • pro *. cfg: Current UI settings (masks, lists, calendar, search results) for each module, see Module Numbers in the CRM.core Administrator Guide. Delete a user's pro*. cfg files to reset the user's settings.
  • dokupfad.asc: User-specific document directory
  • dokusys.asc: User-specific settings relating to the word processor and spreadsheet in use
  • *mtmp.doc: Control files used to transfer data to the word processor, see Word Processor in the User Manual
  • mm.cfg: User-specific settings configured by selecting Extras > Other Options.
  • mm.ini: User-specific system settings required before Aurea CRM is started, see mm.ini file.
  • gm.ini: Mask generator settings, see Mask Generator

This directory contains log files (merge<Link to Info Area>.txt), created if an error occurs when merging companies/persons, see Managing Companies and Persons in the User Manual.
