Creating a Bug Report
Learn about creating bug report for issues with CRM.launcher.
If there is an issue with one of the CRM.launcher plug-ins or with the update process, users can create a bug report containing all of CRM.launcher's settings files and logs (Settings > Troubleshooting or by clicking Create Bug Report directly on the error screen).
The report is created as a *.zip package that users can then send to the administrator.
