Notification Mobile Phone

Your mobile phone is a convenient method for receiving notifications as SMS messages (text messages), especially at times when you are away from your normal email. Make sure you select your mobile phone carrier for best service.

To add mobile phone number:

1. Access the Configure Notification & Contact Settings page. Either:

• Click the Preferences link at the top of the page.
• Or the Configure notification & contact settings link in the Preferences section at the bottom of the Home page.

2. In the Notification mobile phone section, click the Configure mobile phone link.
3. From the Carrier drop-down menu, select your cell phone carrier. If your mobile phone carrier does not appear in the list, choose Other. (If Other is not listed in the drop-down, contact your administrator.) Which brings up several new fields.

1. From the Country drop-down menu. Select your mobile phone’s home country. For example, if your mobile phone is on a French carrier, select France from the drop-down menu, no matter where you are currently working or where your company is located.
2. When typing your mobile phone number make sure to include the plus sign, +, dashes, -, and spaces that are shown in the example.

4. Type your number into the Mobile Phone Number field.
5. Click Save.
6. To remove a mobile phone number from your profile, click the Remove link beside the phone number entry.
7. To edit a mobile phone number, click the Configure mobile phone link again.
