Emergency Contact Information
In case of an emergency, your organization may need to contact people who are close to you. You may configure up to three emergency contacts.
To add emergency contact information:
- Access the Configure Notification & Contact Settings page. Either:
- Click the Preferences link at the top of the page.
- Or the Configure notification & contact settings link in the Preferences section at the bottom of the Home page.
- In the Emergency contacts section, click the Configure link beside the contact you want to configure.
- In the Name box, type the first and last names of your emergency contact.
- In the Relationship box, enter a description of your relationship to the contact. For example:
spouse, father, friend
. - In the Address box, enter the primary email address for your emergency contact.
- In the Phone box, enter the phone number for your emergency contact.
- Click Save button.
- To configure more emergency contacts, click the Configure link beside the contact.
- To remove an emergency contact, click the Configure link beside the contact, clear the fields, and click Save.
