Notification Email Addresses
Your primary email address is listed in this section and any additional email addresses you may have entered. Notifications from the system will be sent to all entered email addresses. In the case of an outage of your primary email system, it is useful to have at least one secondary address listed to ensure you receive important messages.
To add additional email address:
- Access the Configure Notification & Contact Settings page. Either:
- Click the Preferences link at the top of the page.
- Or the Configure notification & contact settings link in the Preferences section at the bottom of the Home page.
- In the Notification email addresses section, click the Add email address link.
- In the Email Address pop-up enter an alternate email address, then click Add.
- The new email address appears below the primary email address in the Notification email addresses section.
- To remove an email address, click the Remove link beside the address.
Your primary email address cannot be removed.
