Insert trigger date

The Segments > Insert Trigger > Date tab allows you to set a date for your segment.

The table below explains the options available in the Insert trigger date tab:

Field Name Description
Date type

This is used to specify whether the trigger is going to be an exact date and time or anniversary. Selecting anniversary creates a trigger that is repetitive on the anniversary of the date selected in the Date field. A good example of selecting an anniversary is if the field contains the date on which the member was born, and you want to send them a message on their birthday, the anniversary of their date of birth
Date field

This is used to select the corresponding date field from the drop-down menu. These correspond with the date tables, for instance DateBounce_ or DateJoined_
