Requests for Change

You can request changes like deleting an account or a person.

After saving the request for change it is added to the records request list. Requests for change need to be accepted or rejected by the back office.

Adding a Request for Change (Update)

To request an update:

  1. Switch to the desired account or person.
  2. Click on Actions and select Request for Change (Update).

    The input mask containing all fields available for change is displayed.



  3. Edit the data.
  4. Save.

    The Request for Change is added to the list containing all open requests.

Adding a Request for Change (Delete)

To delete a record:

  1. Switch to the desired account or person.
  2. Click on Actions and select Request for Change (Delete).
  3. Save.

    The Request for Change is added to the list containing all open requests.

Forwarding RfCs for Processing

Open requests need to be accepted or approved by the back office. Therefore, you need to forward open requests for processing.

To forward open requests:

  1. Switch to the desired record.
  2. Click on and select RfCs.

    All open RfCs are listed.



  3. Click on the desired record to switch to its details.
  4. Click on (Submit) to forward the open RfCs to the back office.
