Participants

You can add internal or external participants to certain records such as activities or opportunities.

Adding Participants

To add a participant:

  1. Switch to the desired record.
  2. Click on .
    • A list of all reps is displayed for internal participants.
    • For external participants you can add Persons or Companies. Click on the desired item to display the available records.
  3. Click on each rep/person/company in the list you want to add as participant.
  4. Click on Done.

    By default, on the right of each participant the following icons are shown:

    • Internal and external: (Required). Click on this symbol to change the state to Optional or Informational.
    • External only: (Open). Click on this symbol to change the state to Accepted, Denied, or Not relevant.
  5. Save the record.

Deleting Participants

To remove a participant:

  1. Switch to the desired record.
  2. Click on to the left of the desired record.
  3. Click on Delete.
