Learn about the exciting features of CRM.pad user interface.
Dashboard
You can display and edit data in the in the dashboard (main area).
Start Page LSI/CG
On starting the app the
Start
page is displayed and the current month is displayed in the date picker where the current day is marked in orange.
Portrait/Landscape Mode
You can view your data in landscape or portrait mode.
Navigation
Use the navigation bar in the top right corner to switch between the main areas.
Lists
When performing search the results are displayed in a list.
MiniDetails
Your administrator defines which info areas the MiniDetails are available for and which fields are displayed.
Headers
Each page in CRM.pad contains a header that can contain up to three rows.
The "Index"
Your administrator can define an index to be displayed.
Tabs
When displaying a record's details, tabs are displayed between the button bar and the information panels.
Links
Various fields are displayed as links.
Mandatory Fields
Your administrator can determine that you need to enter data in certain fields (mandatory fields) before you can save a record.
Read-Only Fields
Read-only fields are displayed formatted in italic in edit mode.
Multiple Choice Fields
Your administrator can define that you can select more than one of the available items in catalog fields.
ON/OFF Switch
Some fields are displayed as ON/OFF switch (these fields are displayed as check boxes in other Aurea CRM-based applications).
"Breadcrumb"
If you have switched to a child record from a record, e. g. opened an activity from a person record, you can return to the parent record from the header.
Grid View
Your administrator can define that data is always displayed in two columns in portrait mode in the details view.
Swiping from One Record to Another
Your administrator can define that you can swipe (in the header of an info area) from one record to the next one.
Showing/Hiding Options
Learn how to show/hide info areas.
Maps
You can view the location of your customers (accounts and persons) on a map.
Selecting Reps
In some info areas such as Activities you can select reps to add them as internal participants.
