Logging On

You can download the CRM.pad app from the Apple Store and install it.

To log on to CRM.pad:

  1. Start the CRM.pad app.

    The CRM.pad login screen is displayed.



  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. If you can log on to more than one server, click on and select the desired server.
  4. If you log on for the first time, you have to select your language.
  5. Click on (Click to login).

    Data, queries, settings, and more are synchronized with the main Aurea CRM database.

    Note: If you log on for the first time, this may take a while depending on the transferred data volume.

    The Overview (start page) is displayed.

Note: Your administrator can define a period after which you have to log on anew. This can occur if you work with other applications and CRM.pad is not on the screen or iPad switches off automatically.

Logging on in Offline Mode

You can log on to CRM.pad in offline mode, e. g. when no network connection is available.

To log on in offline mode:

  1. Click on on the log on screen.
  2. Switch Offline Login to ON.
  3. Log in to the application.

Changing the Password

To change your password:

  1. Click on on the log on screen.
  2. Click on Change Password.
  3. Enter your current Password.
  4. Enter your New password and Confirm new password.
  5. Click on Click to login to change the password.
Note: Your Administrator can define that you are not allowed to change the password. In this case, you only can change your password after it has expired.

Viewing the Log File

In case problems occur during login, you can view the log file and send it to your Administrator.

To view the log file:

  1. Click on on the log on screen.
  2. Click on View Logs.

    The log file is displayed.

  3. Click on Send document to open your e-mail client. The log file is already enclosed as log.txt file. Enter the recipient's e-mail address and send the e-mail.

Closing CRM.pad

To log out:

  1. Click on to display the Control Center.
  2. Click on (Log out).
