Media

Viewing Media Files

To view media files:

1. You can access media files as follows:
   • Context-related files can be accessed on the Media tab in several areas.
   • You can click on (Media) in CRM.pad LSI's call documentation.
   • You can click on and select Media to list all available media files.
2. Click on the desired file.
   
   
   
3. If you want to close an open file, click on the file and then on Done .

Sending Media Files

You can send media files you downloaded to your device by e-mail.

To send media files by e-mail:

1. Click on and select Media.
2. Long-tap on the desired file until a context menu is displayed.
3. Select Send document to start the e-mail client.
