Item Master

You can view the item master in CRM.pad but you cannot add new items.

Viewing Item Master

To view the item master:

1. Click on and select Item Master.

   The available items are listed.

   
   
   
2. You can limit the number of items displayed by switching to one of the available tabs (e.g. only items that are stored as order items or POS Monitoring items in the database).
3. Click on an item to switch to its details.

   In the details you find information on assigned price lists, sample configurations etc.
