Conditions

You can define conditions in order to define flexible prices, which are automatically used to price items in orders:

• You can define conditions with fixed prices for individual items.
• Conditions can either apply to an individual item, all items or the items with the same indication group, item type, brand or product.
• For each discount entered in a condition, you can define whether an additional discount can be granted or whether the discount in the condition only applies if no manual discount has been defined.

In order for conditions to be automatically applied to the pricing of items, the following must apply:

• Reps need to be assigned to business areas.
• Valid weightings need to be defined per item and business area.
