Participants and Roles

Learn about participant's and roles assigned to them in Aurea CRM.

You can add participants to detail plans and assign roles to each participant, e.g. contact person or end customer. You can also enter additional information on participants, such as their attitude or level of influence.

To add a participant to a details plan:

  1. Switch to the desired details plan.
  2. Click on (New) on the Detail Plan Participant tab.
  3. Choose whether to add a company, person, contact person or one of your favorites as a participant.
  4. Select the participant's role.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Enter additional data such as the participant's attitude and influence.
  7. Save the record.
