Campaign and Marketing Activity Templates
Templates make it easier to add campaigns and marketing activities that you need to add regularly and are similar.
When adding a campaign or marketing activity, you can select a template. The data entered in the template is automatically transferred to the new campaign or marketing activity, including data such as responses, participants etc. You can then edit the data as required by the new campaign or marketing activity.
Note: If you are porting campaign templates between development and production systems,
ensure that the field numbers 4 and 15 in the Activity Execution (AD) record are empty. If
they are not empty, then manually update the field number 5, else the execution of
marketing activities fails.
Document templates are used to create mass mailings and e-mails. Enter the desired document template in the marketing activity.
