Contacts
Contacts that are stored on your mail server at the time of the email service disruption are available on Mobile Webmail.
NOTE
While using Aurea AMS Email, you cannot add new contacts, delete contacts, or edit contact information.
To view your contacts tap the Contacts tab.
There are two lists available:
- My Contacts is your personal address book.
- Global Address Book is the contact list maintained by your organization.

To search for a particular contact, tap in the search field and enter a character string to search for, then tap Filter.
- To clear a search string, tap
. - To return to the whole contacts list after a search, click Contacts or the appropriate My Contacts or Global Address Book button.
To view a contact's details, click the desired contact’s information.
To compose a message to a contact, on the Contact Detail page click the contact's email address.
