Search Older Mail (Optional Feature)
NOTE
Search Older Mail is an optional feature that may not be enabled for your organization.
If searching older mail is available to you, you can search historical email during an activation by either:
- On the Email Continuity home page: Enter search terms in the Keywords field of the Archive section of the page, then click Search or click the Search personal mail link to access the Email Archival page.

- From your Email Continuity Inbox, click the Search Older Mail button.
