Search Current Mail During an Activation

To search messages currently in your Inbox during an activation:

1. In the menu bar, click Search Current Mail.

2. Select the radio button indicating whether you want to search Match Any Query (Boolean OR function) or Match All Queries (Boolean AND function).

3. Enter your search term using the fields provided:

1. From the Select a Field dropdown, select the portion of the email that you want to use for this search term, such as the To field, or only Answered Messages.
2. Depending on the value selected from the dropdown, the remainder of the query row changes to display the information required. Enter your search query values in the fields provided.
3. In text fields, a phrase search is assumed. If you enter two or more words into one text field, the search engine will look for that exact string of words. No double-quotes are required. To search for multiple words not next to each other, enter a query row for each word.
4. To add more query terms, select another value from the Select a Field and enter that query’s information.

4. Include or exclude available folders in the Look in section.
5. When your query is complete, click the Search Current Mail that is underneath the Search heading.

6. Your results will be displayed in a pages of 20 results each.
