Manage Users

Learn how to manage users in CIS.

The User Setup screen allows you to search for specific users by their last name, group or status. Using this screen you can also edit, create, and assign individual users into groups.

Follow these steps to search, view, and edit individual users:

  1. Navigate to Administration Menu > Security > User Setup.

  2. Search specific users using Last Name, Group and Status. You can use also use a combination of these search fields to perform advance search.

  3. In the search results, click the Last Name of the respective user to view the account details.

  4. On the User Detail screen, edit or change user details as you want. You can also assign the same user to different groups or Customers from here, if required. You can also change password and activate / deactivate a user.
