Sorting Results

The sorting is supported within the following columns:

• Attachment
• Created
• From
• Importance
• Received
• Sent
• Size
• Subject
• To
• Modified

Outlook Extension Search does not support sorting messages by other columns. For example, attempting to use Categories column for the secondary sort will cause the primary sort order to be removed (messages will no longer be presented in the sort order applied before the user clicked on Categories column).

Please note that Outlook Extension Search may sort columns differently than Outlook. For example, the following table shows how the Subject fields would be sorted by both Outlook and Outlook Extension Search.
