TDSP Matrix Administration

Learn to configure TDSP matrix administration.

The TDSP Matrix assigned to the Customer’s service location determines which charges are passed on to the Customer. Client Matrices are created as part of the initial implementation process and new Templates are being added as needed. Although the name of a Matrix is determined by the ESP and varies accordingly, how the Matrix functions is the same across all Clients.

The maintenance of existing Matrices is the responsibility of the Client and can be performed using the TDSP Matrix Administration user interface.

To access the interface, go to Administration Menu > General > TDSP Matrix Administration.

Select the TDSP Template and click Load.

All possible LDC/TDSP charges are displayed in a grid.

In the grid, you can check specific charge for the LDC indicating that the charge is passed onto the Customer during billing. Once done, click Save to save the changes.
