Uploading Pictures

Your administrator can define that you are able to upload pictures you have taken with your iPad to the CRM database.

These photos are then linked to the current record. For example, if you take a picture while visiting your client with your iPad to document damages, you can add this picture to the database.

To upload pictures:

  1. Switch to the desired record.
  2. Tap on Actions and select Upload Image.
  3. Select the desired camera roll from the list.
  4. Select the desired picture.
    Note: You can also take a photo with your iPad by tapping on and then add it to the record by tapping on Use. Your administrator can determine whether the photo is also added to the camera roll.
  5. Enter a name for your picture and determine the desired picture size.
  6. The picture is added to the Documents area of the record.
