This document describes the elements in the user interface and the most important functions such as searching and editing data.

This document is based on the standard version of the BTB vertical. The available functions differ between verticals and industry solutions; for example, you can edit opportunities and add properties by default only in the BTB vertical ant the ISI industry solution.

Your administrator can configure CRM.pad functionality and user interface to meet your individual requirements. The functions and user interface in this document may therefore differ from those in your installation.
