Sending E-Mails
You can send e-mails directly from some areas in CRM.pad. For example – if an e-mail address has been entered for a person.
The e-mail icon () is displayed next to e-mail fields.
- Tap on icon to start your e-mail client.
The e-mail address is entered in the e-mail's To field. Depending on the record you started your e-mail client from, the e-mail's subject, additional recipients (Cc field) and body text may be entered automatically.
Note that depending on the system configuration, this may open one of the following:
- The default iOS mail client. In this case, if you opened your e-mail client from a client report, the report is automatically attached as PDF file.
- The mail client you have set as default. To attach a file to an email, you must save the file on your device first, and then attach it to the email.
