User Interface
Learn about the exciting features of CRM.pad user interface.
Dashboard
You can display and edit data in the dashboard (main area).
Start Page
The start page is displayed when you start the app.
Landscape/Portrait Mode
You can view your data in landscape or portrait mode.
Navigation
Use the navigation bar in the top right corner to switch between the main areas.
Lists
The search you make are displayed in a list.
MiniDetails
Your administrator defines which info areas the MiniDetails are available for and which fields are displayed.
Headers
Learn about the use of header rows.
Tabs
When displaying a record's details, tabs are displayed between the button bar and the information panels.
Links
Mandatory Fields
Your administrator can determine that you need to enter data in certain fields (mandatory fields) before you can save a record.
Multiple Choice Fields
Your administrator can define that you can select more than one of the available items in catalog fields.
Telephone Fields
Learn about the use of telephone field in CRM.pad.
ON/OFF Switch
Some fields are displayed as ON/OFF switch (these fields are displayed as check boxes in other Aurea CRM-based applications).
Breadcrumb

Grid View
Your administrator can define that data is always displayed in two columns in portrait mode in the details view.
Swiping from One Record to Another
Your administrator can define that you can swipe (in the header of an info area) from one record to the next one.
Showing/Hiding Options
Learn to show and hide available options on CRM.pad.
Maps
You can view the location of your customers (accounts and persons) on a map.
Vicinity Search
The vicinity search displays the addresses of nearby customers you are assigned to on a map based on your current position.
Selecting Reps
In some info areas such as Activities you can select reps to add them as internal participants. The reps presented can be in groups or as a plain list of reps depending on how your administrator has configured the edit control mask.
Online and Offline status indicator
To know if your CRM.pad application is connected to the CRM Server look for the cloud shaped icon on the top right corner of your application.
