50	MAILCALL.DLL could not be found.
51	MAPI could not be initialized.
52	File could not be sent.
53	File could not be received (written).
54	Confirmation could not be sent.
55	General error (bug in mailcall.dll)
56	Message could not be input
57	Message acknowledgment could not be sent.
58	Message could not be sent.
59	Try and load the MAPI lib a second time.
60	Current station has no e-mail address.
61	File could not be appended to message.
62	Message was faulty on arrival.
63	A new synchronization process could not be started.
64	Recent output failed.
65	This synchronization was aborted as a new one is already active.
66	MAPI could not be started. Send file later.
