Do I need a mail server to run Aurea List Manager?
Aurea List Manager has its mail server built-in and does not need to use another mail server. The mail engine included with Aurea List Manager is much faster than most any other mail package available, so by using a different mail engine to deliver mail, it is slowing down the performance of Aurea List Manager.
Aurea List Manager can receive and send an Internet email on its own. If you want to run Aurea List Manager on a machine that already has a mail server installed. For more information, see Mail Server Coexistence.
