Offers

You can add offers to companies.

You can edit Existing offers and add offer items either form a company or in the Offer area.
Note: Offers that need to be approved cannot be approved in CRM.pad.

Adding Offers

To add an offer:

  1. Switch to the desired company.
  2. Tap on Actions and select Add Offer.

    The input mask is displayed.

  3. Enter the data.
  4. Save the record.

Offer Items

Offer Items store data of articles that are offered to the customer. You can enter data using the quick add.

To add offer items:

  1. Add a new offer or switch to an existing one.
  2. If required, edit the offer data.
  3. Tap on (Quick Add).

    The available products are listed.



    Items where data has already been entered are marked with a blue bar on the left.

  4. Tap on to add an item to the offer. The number below the icon indicates the unit size that is added or subtracted.

    The quantity and the amount are shown in each row. The total is shown at the bottom of the page.

    Prices are displayed automatically (also in offline mode) if price lists, special offers etc are assigned.

    Note: Note: Data is automatically saved when switching to the next article.
  5. Tap on Close to return to the offer record.

Viewing Offer Item Details

You can show further information for an offer item.

To view offer item details.

  1. Switch to the quick add.
  2. Tap on the desired offer item to display further details:


  3. You can use the number pad to enter data. Tap on an article in the list on the left of the number pad to switch to this record.

    The following options are available:

    • Use the number keys to enter data to the active field.
    • Tap on +1 or -1 to add or subtract one from the current quantity.
    • Tap OK to switch to the next field and on to return to the previous field.
    • Tap on to switch to the next item or on to switch to the last item in the list.

Special Filters

Predefined filters are displayed in the quick add's header and allow you to restrict the listed items.



Tap on a filter to select the filter criteria.



You can combine multiple filters. The currently active filters are underlined in orange and the name of the currently selected criterion is displayed as the name.

Only items that meet all the selected criteria are listed.

Viewing/Editing Offers

To view offers:

  1. You can:
    • Switch to the desired company and then to the Offers tab. Only offers linked to the company are displayed.
    • Tab on and select Offers. All offers that are assigned to you are displayed. You can limit the hits by defining search criteria, selecting a filter or switching to a tab.

    The offers are listed.

  2. Tap on an item to display its details.


  3. Tap on (Edit) to edit the data.

Barcode-Scanner

You can also use a barcode scanner (that can be adapted to your needs) to enter data.

Tap on to enable the barcode scanner function.

Note: Note: Your administrator can define that you can use your iPad's camera to read barcodes. Contact your administrator, if you do not dispose of a barcode scanner.

Overview

You can restrict the display to only those rows where you have entered data (i.e. the items ordered by a customer):

  1. Tap on Overview in the upper right corner.

    Only those items where data has been entered are displayed:



  2. Tap on All Items if you want to add more items.
  3. Tap on Close if you have finished adding items.

Removing or Duplicating Order Items from the Overview

Depending on your version, you can remove or duplicate single items from the overview:

  1. Switch to the desired order and then to the quick add's overview.
  2. Swipe the row containing the desired item from the right to the left (stay within the boundaries of the item).

    The Delete and Duplicate buttons are displayed:



  3. You can:
    • Tap on Delete to remove the line.
    • Tap on Duplicate to duplicate the item. You need to enter the desired quantity for the new record.
