Installed Base
You can view and edit existing installed bases in CRM.pad but you cannot add new ones.
Viewing/Editing Installed Bases
To switch to the Installed Bases overview:
- You can:
- Switch to the desired company and then switch to the Installed Bases tab to display the Installed Bases linked to the company.
- Tap on
and select Installed Bases. All Installed Bases assigned to you are displayed. You can limit the hits by defining search criteria, selecting a filter or switching to a tab.
- Tap on an item in the list to display the details:
- Tap on
(Edit) to edit the data.
Viewing Components
Several components can form an Installed Base.
To view components:
- Switch to the desired Installed Base.
- Swipe to the bottom of the record details.
If exist, components are listed at the end of the details.
- Tap on a component to switch to its details.
