Installed Base

You can view and edit existing installed bases in CRM.pad but you cannot add new ones.

Viewing/Editing Installed Bases

To switch to the Installed Bases overview:

  1. You can:
    • Switch to the desired company and then switch to the Installed Bases tab to display the Installed Bases linked to the company.
    • Tap on and select Installed Bases. All Installed Bases assigned to you are displayed. You can limit the hits by defining search criteria, selecting a filter or switching to a tab.
  2. Tap on an item in the list to display the details:


  3. Tap on (Edit) to edit the data.

Viewing Components

Several components can form an Installed Base.

To view components:

  1. Switch to the desired Installed Base.
  2. Swipe to the bottom of the record details.

    If exist, components are listed at the end of the details.

  3. Tap on a component to switch to its details.
