Opportunities

Learn how to add and manage opportunities in Aurea CRM.pad.

Viewing/Editing Opportunities

To view/edit opportunities:

  1. You can:
    • Switch to the desired company and then to the Opportunities tab. Opportunities linked to the company are displayed.
    • Tap on and select Opportunities. All opportunities that are assigned to you are displayed. You can limit the hits by defining search criteria, selecting a filter or switching to a tab.

    The tasks are listed.

  2. Tap on an item to display its details.


  3. Tap on (Edit) to edit the data.
    Note: As certain edits in CRM.pad can interfere with Aurea CRM web's opportunity process, you can only edit the first process step.
Note: You can view linked data such as opportunity products, competitors and more by switching to the desired tab.

Adding Opportunities

To add an opportunity:

  1. Switch to the desired company
  2. Tap on Actions and select Add Opportunity.
  3. Enter the data.
  4. Save.

Opportunity Products

You can view products linked to the opportunity by switching to the Products tab.

Note: Opportunity products must be added in Aurea CRM web.

Competitors

You can view your competitors by switching to the Competitors tab.

Note: Competitors products must be added in Aurea CRM web.
