This document provides an overview of the design and the basic function of the Aurea CRM.pad specific to following businesses:

Industry Solutions International (ISI) - Here the business focus is construction and manufacturing sectors in a B2B model. Sales and Services are the primary process focus in ISI.

This document describes the user interface and the most important functions such as searching and editing data based on the default ISI industry solution. Some of the described functions are not available for all users as they might be assigned to specific roles (e.g. a rep needs access do different data than a member of the Marketing team).
