Selecting Reps

In some info areas such as Activities you can select reps to add them as internal participants.

To select reps:

1. Tap on the participant field, e.g. Internal Participants.

   The available reps are listed.

2. Select the rep(s) by tapping on the desired name(s).
3. You can also tap on to switch from the rep list to the rep group list.
   
   
   
4. Tap on the desired group to display only the reps belonging to this group.
5. To select rep(s) in the group you can
   • tap on the desired rep(s)
   • tap on All.
   • tap on None if you want to cancel your selection.
6. Tap on Employees to return to the rep list.
7. The Selected row indicates the number of selected reps (the ones you selected from the rep list as well as the ones selected from the group list).
   1. Tap on Done to return to the record.
