Managing CRM.pad

Manage CRM to provide custom configuration to meet and facilitate your internal processes.

Activities/Calendar
Your activities are displayed in the calendar and you can edit them independently from customer data.
Companies
You can edit data for companies that are assigned to you offline (in a local database) as well as online in the Aurea CRM database.
Contact Persons
A rep can view and edit contact persons and add new ones.
Tasks
You can view your assigned tasks and add new ones.
Offers
You can add offers to companies.
Installed Base
You can view and edit existing installed bases in CRM.pad but you cannot add new ones.
Leads
A lead is a potential customer.
Opportunities
Learn how to add and manage opportunities in Aurea CRM.pad.
Properties
Learn how to add and manage properties in Aurea CRM.pad.
Tickets
You can view and edit existing tickets in CRM.pad but you cannot add new ones.
Item Master
You can view the item master in CRM.pad but you cannot add new items.
CRM.intelligence
You can analyze Aurea CRM data with CRM.intelligence.
Control Center
You can access the control center from anywhere within the application.
