Viewing Companies

You can view or edit stored company data or add child records like contact persons or tasks in the Company area.

To view company data:

1. Tap on and select Companies.

   A list containing companies you are assigned to are displayed.

   
   
   
2. You can limit the number of hits as follows:
   • Enter search criteria in the Search field. Hits are shown while you are typing ("find as you type)".
   • Enable the desired filter to e.g. only display companies in a certain country.
   • Switch to the desired tab (My A companies, A companies without visits).
   • Tap on the desired letter in the "Index" .
3. Tap on the desired item to switch to its details.
   
   
   
   Note: Note: Some areas as Documents are only displayed if records for this area exist.
4. The upper area contains the details displayed in two columns. All other areas are displayed in one column. If more records are available than can be shown in the defined area, dots () are displayed below the area. In this case you can swipe left or right to view the remaining records.
5. Tap on one of the available tabs to switch to the related records.
