Displaying Activities in the Calendar

Learn how to display activities on calendar.

To display the calendar:

1. Tap on and select Activities.

   Activities are displayed in month view by default.

   
   
   

   The activity types are color-coded.

2. You can:
   • Switch between day, week and month view.

     You can also double-tap to switch from one view to the next one, i.e. if you double-tap in the month view, you switch to the week view or from the week view to the day view.

   • Tap on (Filter) to select the desired filter. By default, you can limit the hits by type or start date.
   • Tap on the month displayed in the upper left corner (
     
     ) and select the desired date. Tap on Today to switch to the current date. The current date is marked with an orange bar.
     
     
     
   • Tap on to select the desired rep(s) whose activities you want to display in the calendar.
   • Tap on to select the iPad calendars you want to display in the CRM.pad calendar.
