Learn how to synchronize absences from Aurea CRM to Exchange Server.
Absence synchronization
Changes in these appointments in Outlook are not synchronized back to Aurea CRM. Absences are shown in Outlook as standard appointments – the only difference is the user-defined property mmAbscence, which contains the ID of the "absence reason" catalog in Aurea CRM and may be used for coloring, see topic Color-Code "Absences" in Outlook.
