Color-Code "Absences" in Outlook

To color-code "absences" in Outlook you need to perform the same steps as described in Color-Code Appointments (Meetings) in Outlook.

For more information, see (Color-Code Appointments (Meetings) in Outlook).

In Aurea CRM absences (A3) and appointments (MA) are different data objects, but both are mapped to appointments in Outlook. Outlook appointments linked to absences do have the mmAbsence key set, which allows for distinguishing between regular appointments and absences when defining a formatting rule.

Additionally you have to take care that the formatting rules for absences are executed before the more general rules for coloring synchronized appointments are applied.
