Although there is no automatic upgrade procedure from connector to connector SE (since these are separate products) switching to connector SE doesn’t require much effort.
Basically all the settings of connector can be reused, only the connection settings have to be redefined. Additionally, if you have custom field mapping in place, you have to modify the mapping file according to the "cook book" provided below in topic FieldMapping.xml.
