Task Synchronization
Connector SE can synchronizing tasks from Aurea CRM to Exchange Server.
Only status changes are synchronized from Exchange to Aurea CRM.
Task synchronization
There is no possibility to accept or decline these tasks in MS Outlook. Other participants of the task are not synchronized to the Exchange server. Therefore they are not notified via the MS Outlook functionality.
Delegation is not supported by connector; if a task is delegated to another person connector ignores this task at all.
If an already synchronized task is delegated to another Rep in Aurea CRM a new task for this Rep is created in Outlook. Note, that there is no deletion mechanism in this case so the original tasks remains in the mailbox of the original owner (user).
"Synchronize tasks every nminutes " Setting
Synchronize tasks: If this check box is selected, appointments are synchronized. To prevent connector SE from synchronizing tasks at all, de-select the checkbox.
Synchronize tasks every n minutes: Defines the interval (in minutes) at which the connector checks for new or changed tasks to synchronize. Please note that defining a small interval (i.e. forcing the connector to poll the Exchange Server more frequently) cause higher network traffic and a somewhat higher load on the Exchange Server.
"Time Frame" Settings
Use this option to define how many days in the past and future tasks are synchronized from to Microsoft Exchange. Note that the reference date is not the date when the task was created, but the date the task is scheduled for.
