Using this guide

The guide describes the activation and configuration of a Smart Document and its features, and how to create, copy or move and reclassify a Smart Document.

Throughout the guide, several symbols are used to call your attention to items of interest and items that require caution. Additionally, it identifies recommended best practices. The symbols used are:

Tip: This symbol is used to denote an item of interest or provide further explanation.
CAUTION:
This symbol is used to identify that an action has the potential to adversely affect system performance or data integrity.
Warning: This symbol is used to provide a best practice methodology.
