Facilities Lists

The Facilities lists are an example of a set of dependent lookup lists. There are four (4) lists that define the facilities, their types, locations and personnel that are available for selection. These lists are created as defined in the Reference List Population section. The lists are interrelated in that when the administrator adds an entry to the Facility Personnel list, Facility Locations list or Facilities list, they will need to select an entry from at least one other list.

Creating the lists in the following order can shorten the process:

  1. Facility Types,
  2. Facilities,
  3. Facility Locations,
  4. Facility Personnel.
