Clinical eTMF Reference Lists

The reference lists specific to a configuration reside on the hub site and provide cross site lookups. Each clinical trial workspace will have access to the reference lists.

For example, the list Countries is a reference list. This list contains all the countries that exist in the clinical trials system. Each clinical trial workspace contains a subset of the list Countries which contains only the planned countries for that particular clinical trial.

Some reference lists are dependent on other lists. For example, for the administrator to add a new facility in the list Facilities, the following lists should have the appropriate values:
  • Facility Type
  • Countries
  • Province State County
