Clinical Trial Workspace Template

The Clinical eTMF solution uses workspace templates to build the clinical trial workspaces. A workspace template is a workspace that was created and saved as a template. The system provides a base workspace template.

The administrator would follow the steps outlined in ‘Add a New Clinical Trial’ to create a trial. To indicate that it is a template rather than a trial they would click on the check box labeled “Is Workspace Template”. The system will automatically save it as a template with all of its attributes selected. That template can then be used when a new trial is added.
