Adding Values to a Reference List

As reference lists are lookup lists for clinical trials, they need to be populated before a clincal trial workspace is created. For example, the products added to the list Investigational Products will apear in the Product field when a new clinical trial workspace is created.
Note: To create a reference list or to edit one, ensure that you have Adminsitrator privileges.

To add values to a reference list:

  1. On the main page, in the upper-left corner from the Site Actions drop-down menu, select View All Site Content.
  2. In the Lists section, select the list that you want to edit.
  3. At the bottom of the window, select Add new item.
  4. In the [List Name] - New Item window, enter the values for the respective columns.
  5. Select Save.
