Dashboard

The dashboard displays the TMF Completion status, by count, for all clinical trial EDTs that belong to that hub. The user can filter the information presented by Protocol, Country, Site and/or Milestone. Or the user can choose to display the status for study level documents only or for country level documents only.

The filtering is refined as the user selects more granular options. For example, if the user selects a single protocol, the system will filter on only the countries, sites and milestones for that protocol. If the user further selects a country, the system will filter on only those sites and milestones for that protocol and country.

If the user hovers over the graphic, the total for that section will be displayed.

To filter the Placeholder Status on the Dashboard, you can do either one of the following or a combination of them:

• Select one or more protocols from the Trial Protocols menu to filter on protocols.
• Select a country from the Country menu to filter on country.
• Select a site from the Site menu to filter on site.
• Select a milestone from the Milestone menu to filter on milestone.
• Click on the check box for Show Only Study Level Documents.
  Note:
  Show Only Study Level Documents displays the status of only those documents that are required at a study level.
• Click on the check box for Show Only Country Level Documents.
