Summary of the "lyrCompletedRecips" columns in ListManager
The lyrCompletedRecips table holds recipient rows for completed email, and notes whether mail was delivered successfully or unsuccessfully.
Once no more attempts will be made to deliver this message to individual recipients, the row is moved from lyrActiveRecips to this table.
