lists_

table stores configuration information for every list in the system.
A list must be associated with a topic, and the topic with a site. The list settings control many aspects of Aurea List Manager processing, from who can post and make changes to which documents are sent for the Hello and Goodbye logic and what headers and footers are inserted into messages.
