Basic Installation on Linux

The installation file for Linux can be download from support.aurea.com. Find the steps below to perform the installation.

Basic Installation

  1. Untar and unzip the file in the directory of your choice, then run the commands below:
gunzip lm-x.x-abcd.tar.gz
tar xf lm-x.x-abcd.tar
  1. Cd to the directory created after untarring/unzipping the installation file.
  2. Run (as root): ./install_lm.pl
  3. After installation is complete, you may remove the files created by the installer.
  4. If you have previously installed Aurea List Manager, it still requires you to run the install_lm.pl program, which is found after you have unzipped the installation package obtained from support.aurea.com.
  5. It asks if you are upgrading an existing copy of Aurea List Manager, and yes, it automatically upgrades your Aurea List Manager installation for you.
