Viewing Prior Version Relationships

If a document has multiple versions, a user can view the prior version relationships. On the Document Relationships (DR) User Interface (UI), select a version from the Version menu.

The version menu displays all prior versions back to the earliest version that has an existing relationship. For an example, if the version 4 (current version) and version 2 have relationships, the menu would display the current version and the versions 3.0 and 2.0 and would not display the version 1.0 if there is no relationships for that version.

If the user selects the version 3.0, the system displays a message indicating that there are no existing relationships for that version.

When a prior version is displayed, the system displays a warning message indicating that the document relationships can only be created for the latest version of the document. If a user needs to create a relationship, the user should access the latest version from the list.
